Universal Ferrule Turning Arm
A ferrule turning arm designed around 42" belt sanders. This design allows the pod to rotate 30 degrees around its base and has up to 4 inches of reach back and forth. This makes for a very comfortable position from which to thin down ferrules of any size, hosel length or head size. The shaft rest are made of non abrasive engineering nylon. Bolts directly to the bench behind the motor.
A universal ferrule turning arm that's bolts behind a 30 or 42 inch belt sander and at a fixed height. The turning arm can rotate around its own axis and slide fore and aft away or towards the belt, so that the ferrule is presented at the right angle towards the belt.
Unlike any other turning arm on the market; this design feature a one piece C-chanel construction that's very rigid and that can be easily bolted down and rotated without having to drill new holes in the work bench.
Shaft rest height is 350 mm (13”3/4) and reach 250 mm (10”).
