Active Vibration Dampener (Pack of 6)

The shaft vibration dampener is designed to work with most steel golf shafts. The dampener dissipates negative vibrations traveling along the shaft's walls from the tip upward towards the golfer's hands. Vibration in a golf club is energy that was not imparted to the golf ball during contact. The more pronounced the vibration, the greater the energy loss at impact. The insert material is compressed in tension against the shaft's insider diameter (I.D.) walls, attenuating the vibration energy prior to reaching the golfer's hands. The vibration dampener incorporates a denser center material that discharges the unwanted energy (vibration) via its resonating core design.
