The Speed gripper has a built in air regulator that controls clamping pressure independently from clamping speed. This fine adjustment let the clubmaker control how fast and how much pressure is applied to the shaft.
The 2" diameter cylinder developes in excess of 600 Newton at 300 Kpa which is roughly 130 Lbs. at 43 PSI. This is the maximum recommended settings when gripping standard weight shaft. The cylinder max working pressure is 6 bars~90 PSI.
